The Mom (and the Dad) Behind The WAHM Spot!
My name is Marie and I'm the mom behind The WAHM Spot! I'm a mommy artist with 3 wonderful boys (ages 5, 3, and 12 weeks!), and an amazing husband who supports me in all my creative endeavors!
I have always been inspired by WAHMs (work at home moms) - inspired by how they got started in their businesses, how they juggle work and family at home, by their creativity, and strength. While struggling to launch my own art business, I have looked up to mom entrepreneurs for advice, motivation, and inspiration. I wanted to share their stories - stories of mom entrepreneurs that I have met in person and online along the way. This is why I created The WAHM Spot - to inspire and motivate other moms by featuring WAHM business success stories.
When I'm not writing and blogging, I draw, paint, create, wish on dandelions, dance, sing, laugh, craft, play with playdough, and build train tracks all over the house with my kids! I also love chocolate and watching movies and the addicting TV show, Lost, with my husband (if you want to talk "Lost" feel free to email me!).
